  • While we hope that you are always satisfied with your A New Direction Health & Wellness purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return or exchange a product. We are happy to accept for return or exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.

    RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

    Only items purchased on www.anewdirectionaz.org site will be accepted for refund or exchange.

    Please Note: Empty containers will NOT be accepted for an exchange.

    If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the return/exchange instructions below.

    Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the receipt date for a refund.

    Product must be in its original unopened packaging.

    Product must be in unused condition.

    A New Direction Health & Wellness MUST be NOTIFIED prior to any return/exchange of product. Notification MUST be sent via email to contact@anewdirectionaz.org

    Notification information MUST include:

    Name of Product

    Size of Product

    Purchase Date

    Reason for return/exchange

    Copy of original receipt

    If requesting an exchange, please include product information for both product being returned and replacement product requesting.

    If there is a difference in cost with product being returned and replacement product, we will contact you for further information.

    All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

    You will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping & handling charges, which will NOT be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy below).

    Please make sure to use and record a USPS return/exchange tracking number. We will NOT issue a refund until we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.

    Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the returned item.

    Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for a credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

    DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
    If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact A New Direction Health & Wellness at contact@anewdirectionaz.org within 30 days for return and/or exchange instructions. Item(s) will not be replaced after 30 days.
